Ana-Miruna Nicolae graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest,  completed an LL.M. in International Arbitration (English) at the same university (2017–2018) and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017, with extensive experience in high level national and international law firms.

She has successfully represented clients in corporate law, commercial disputes, labor law, consumer protection, administrative law, renewable energy projects, public procurement, and enforcement/debt recovery proceedings.

Currently, Ana-Miruna focuses on litigation on commercial and corporate matters, with a specialised focus in medical law, particularly medical malpractice, representing both healthcare professionals and patients. 

She collaborates with SCA Preda & Associates and other leading law firms in the industry to provide comprehensive legal support within their dispute resolution departments. 

Her background also includes a collaboration with the National Agency for Quality Management in Health (ANMCS) through a European-funded project aimed at strengthening health legislation.
