Luciana Preda

Luciana Preda is a member of Bucharest Bar since 1991, after graduating Magna cum Laude from the University of Bucharest Law School. 

Luciana Preda is managing partner of Preda & Associates and is the firm’s founder. She advises international and Romanian clients on a wide range of issues as competition, corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions, real estate.

Luciana Preda is highly experienced in dispute resolution, as she represented successfully important Romanian companies in litigations and also within procedures specific to competition environment, creating a new vision on the application of the competition legal rules.
